Job description

Your main responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of alternative investment funds, ensuring the accurate and timely calculation of NAVs, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, capital accounts, and investor reporting, and assist with the coordination of the annual audit process.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, auditors, and internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries related to fund transactions, valuations, financial reporting, and account maintenance with a strong focus on service quality and responsiveness.
  • Participate in the training and development of junior staff, promoting a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and client orientation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and maintain a high standard of compliance, accuracy, and client service
Your profile:
  • Min 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a Fund Accounting function within the Luxembourg fund industry, with exposure to alternative investment funds.
  • Solid knowledge of Luxembourg accounting practices; familiarity with IFRS and AIFMD requirements is considered an asset.
  • Attention to detail with excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French or any other language is considered an asset
